Eremitage hunting chateau
Eremitageslottet (The Eremitage Chateau) belongs to the Danish Royal Family. It was built in 1734-1736 in Jægersborg Dyrehave, which at that time was the king's private hunting area. Dyrehaven is now a public wildlife park with 2000 deer and elk wandering around freely.
I have not been able to find any good information about Eremitageslottet in English on the Internet. Here are two good Danish pages, the first with some nice pictures:
http://www.kongper.dk/dyrhav.htm
http://da.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eremitageslottet
Note that I've chosen to translate Eremitageslottet to "The Eremitage Chateau", even though it is literally "The Eremitage Castle". The word "slot" can also be "mansion", and I have seen Eremitageslottet described as the "Eremitage hunting lodge".

The Eremitage hunting chateau is on the top of a low hill in Dyrehaven. There's a great view all around from up there, and on a clear day you can see Sweden across The Sound. This is the view from the west.
